Prescreening and Evaluation: We utilize a web based analysis system to prescreen every transaction to ensure it meets our acquisition criteria. This system is designed to immediately prescreen the pertinent details and bring any areas of concern to our team members attention before we proceed. This system is also designed to analyze the data quickly which allows us to concentrate our efforts on the right opportunities to provide the best chance for success for all parties involved.

Conversation with Owners and Brokers: Immediately following the prescreening process we request a call to discuss the pertinent details between the principal parties and most importantly the decision maker. With decades of cumulative experience, our team understands the steps involved to make sure there are no misunderstandings to foul the end results.

Documentation and Agreements: After a brief meeting of the minds we then provide a Letter of Intent followed by a purchase contract. Upon execution of the letter of intent we request to be provide with complete and accurate documentation for the project such as but not limited to: contractor agreements, work schedules, P&L statements, blueprints and any other of forms and schedules which are required to complete a commercial project.

Team Project Management: We use a multi level management team approach and always include a local point person in the area who is present to deal with all situations. With our combined team members both regional and our national project management team we are equipped with specialized expertise and resources which are necessary for success. Every opportunity is unique and we make sure we are always able to apply the best resources to fit the specific needs to the opportunity.
